Each year ASPA's Empire State Capital Area Chapter (ESCAC) recognizes outstanding individuals for their work in state and local service. This year's awards will be given on Thursday, May 6th at the Rockefeller Institute of Government. Click here to read more about this year's recipients.

SPECIAL "The NYS Constitution" Panel at Annual Awards Program

A candid conversation about the form, function (and dysfunction) of the New York State Comstitution will take place as part of this year's Annual Awards Program on Thursday, May 6th.
