[ABFM] Registration for ABFM Conference

A glitch in my electronic mail filing system has blocked all
registrations to date for the 2006 ABFM Conference (about 24 folks).  If
you registered online for the conference anytime before today (September
1st), but have not yet received an invoice from me, please re-register
online by going to:  http://www.abfm.org/register_online.htm 

Many thanks for your patience.  Let me hear from you if I can help on
this issue or any other regarding preparation for the Atlanta conference
in October!
