[ABFM] ABFM conference event sponsorship

Similar to prior years, ABFM is seeking sponsors for this year's 
conference events and also will offer advertising space to universities 
and others in the conference program.   However, this year we have 
formalized and expanded the options for sponsorship.   The four options 
below indicate what donors will receive for their sponsorship.
 
Event sponsorship: 

    * $2000-  PLATINUM,  1) sponsorship of Friday awards luncheon;  2)
      full-page     advertisement in prime location of program (e.g.
      back page);  3) verbal and visual recognition of sponsorship at
      the luncheon
    * $1500- GOLD: 1) primary sponsorship of Thursday or Friday
      reception; 2) full-page advertisement in prime location of
      program;  3) verbal and visual recognition of sponsorship at the
      reception
    * $1000- SILVER:  1) partial sponsorship of Thursday or Friday
      reception; 2) full page advertisement in program; 3) verbal and
      visual recognition of sponsorship at the reception
    * $500- BRONZE:  1) half page advertisement in program; 2) partial
      sponsorship of reception on Thursday or Friday; 3) verbal and
      visual recognition of sponsorship at the reception

 
For universities and others who do not which to sponsor an event, but 
would like to place an advertisement in the conference program, the 
following rates apply:  $200- full page advertisement in program;  $100- 
half page advertisement.
