I will ask my Ph.D. assistant, David Jarvis, to provide you with
electronic assess to copies of the latest materials we are upgrading for
a handbook on public budgeting. While the handbook will be copyright
protected by our publisher, at the moment we are planning to keep the
exercises and data bank on a public website. This a project originally
prepared for the Oregon State Fiscal Officers Association to teach them
the basics of public budgeting, but over the years we have transformed
it into "hands-on" budget course for those interested especially in
local government budgeting. You can access the Handbook at:
http://eli.pdx.edu/erc/morgan/ David Jarvis can provide you access to
the updated exercise and data file or let you know when the materials
will be updated for your use.
