[ABFM] membership registration rates for NTA and AABPA conferences

The National Tax Association (http://ntanet.org/) and the American 
Association for Budget and Program Analysis (http://www.aabpa.org/) have 
agreed to allow ABFM members to register for their conferences and 
symposia at their member rates.  In turn, members of NTA and AABPA can 
register for our conference at the ABFM member rate.

Both NTA and AABPA have several symposia a year, usually in Washington, 
DC, and NTA has an annual conference, which is in Philadelphia from Nov 
20 -22, 2008.   Please visit their websites for more conference 
information and their registration rates for members.
