February 26, 2007 – Albany, NY - ESCAC announced the establishment of graduate scholarships that "seek to recognize academic excellence and to offer financial assistance for tuition and other educational expenses to graduate students in Public Administration at a college or university in the Capital Region (greater Albany, NY). January 8, 2007 - Albany, NY - ESCAC today announced plans for its 2007 Spring Institute and annual awards program. The theme for this year’s institute is “Transforming Government” and will take place on Monday, April 23, 2007 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Albany, NY. As part of this year’s institute, ASPA will also sponsor our annual awards program and luncheon. Fall Public Service Lecture: "Transforming State Government: Banish Bureaucracy to Reconnect with Citizens" by James Chresinger, Iowa's "accountability and performance leader."
